Terms of Use
Last updated 27 October 2026
These terms are between you and Arisa Studio, ABN 14 462 831 339 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
In short
- You keep your files. We store them and show them to anyone who has your link.
- Anyone with a link can open the model. There is no password on it.
- Check every size and weight yourself before you fabricate or build.
- This is early access, so there is no promise the service is always available.
1. What Arisa Studio is
Arisa Studio lets you upload a 3D model (an IFC or GLB file) and get a short link and a QR code. Anyone you share the link with can view the model in a web browser, with nothing to install.
2. Your account
Use a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account. That includes what the people you invite to a team upload, and any API keys you create. If you think someone else has got into your account, email us straight away.
3. Your files
You own what you upload. You give Arisa Studio permission to store your files, process them (for example, convert an IFC file into a model the viewer can show) and display them, including to anyone who has your link. We use that permission only to run the service.
You promise you have the right to upload what you upload.
4. Links are not private
Anyone who has the link to a model can open it. No login is needed. Links are not listed anywhere, but they are not protected by a password either. If you send a link, or print its QR code on a drawing, assume anyone who sees it can open the model.
People who open a link can also see the job number, job name and revision. The page for an older revision also links to the newest revision. Only share what you are happy for those people to see.
If you delete a project or revision, its model is removed and its link stops working.
5. Do not misuse the service
Do not use Arisa Studio to:
- upload anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share;
- upload malware, or try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service;
- harass or harm others, or infringe their rights;
- create accounts by automated means.
6. The free plan and changes
The free plan has limits, for example on revisions, teams and team members. The limits are shown in your dashboard and may change. We may change or remove features. Paid plans, if offered, will be shown with their own prices and terms.
7. Early access: no promise of uptime
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. While it is in early access, we do not promise that it will always be available or error-free, or that a file will never be lost. Keep your own copy of everything you upload.
8. Measurements and data
Sizes, weights, measurements and other data in the viewer come from the model file that was uploaded. They are shown for convenience. They do not replace approved shop drawings or engineering checks. You must verify them before fabrication or construction. Some values, such as weights, may be calculated from the shape of the model, so treat them as estimates.
9. Removing content or accounts
We may remove content, or suspend or close an account, if it breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you. You can delete your own account at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
10. Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, files or data. This includes loss from relying on measurements or other data shown in the viewer. Where the law does not allow us to exclude a liability, it is limited, to the extent permitted, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. You and we both submit to the courts of New South Wales.
